No Refund Policy on Digital Products

• Final Sales; All sales of products such as SEO services, web design and digital content are considered final and non refundable.

• Refund Exclusions; Given the nature of products and services we are unable to offer refunds once a product is purchased or a service has begun.
  

  Cancellation Policy: To cancel your SEO service, a 30-day written notice is required via email. This ensures a smooth transition and allows us to finalize any ongoing strategies or adjustments.

  Non-Prorated Services: Please note that our SEO services are not prorated. This means that if you choose to cancel your service, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, regardless of the cancellation date within that cycle.

Web Design Services:

• Non-Refundable Services: Our web design services are crafted to your unique specifications and commence with the understanding that they are non-refundable. This policy applies to all deposits and payments made towards the project.
• Completion and Payment: Upon the completion and staging of your website, we will charge the remaining balance to the original payment method provided. This ensures a seamless transition from project finalization to launch.
• Collaborative Process: Success in web design demands a partnership. We count on your timely feedback and provision of necessary materials to create a website that truly represents your vision.
• Understanding Delays: Timelines are crucial, and while we aim for efficiency, delays due to late client responses can occur. These delays, however, do not alter the non-refundable nature of our services.
• Scope of Revisions: A set number of revisions are included to guarantee your satisfaction. Requests beyond this agreed number may incur additional charges, under the same non-refundable terms

General Terms

• Modification of Terms;We have the authority to make changes to these terms whenever necessary. If you continue using our services after any modifications it means that you agree to the updated terms.
